Reducción-Contención de los desechos #6

Cuando pensamos en la Administración de los Desechos, generalmente pensamos en el proceso de recoger la basura y llevarla al lugar establecido para ello. Pero esto implica muchas cosas: personal para recoger la basura de las calles, personal para manejar los camiones-recolectores y los que la sacan de los basuremos para colocarlos en ellos. Se tiene que administrar el recurso humano, más las maquinarias, establecer rutas para la recolección y rutas para la deposición de los desechos. Se cuenta con un presupuesto, que no puede ser ilimitado, ni constantemente creciente, debido al aumento desmesurado de la producción de basura de la población que se atiende. La mejor administración va implicar ofrecer el mejor servicio al mínimo costo. Para ello es necesario que nosotros la población pensemos que no podemos producir basura de manera ilimitada y que la Administración de los Desechos vea que hace, compre mas camiones? hasta que cantidad? los que se necesiten? y el presupuesto? más empleados? y los salarios? el mantenimiento de los camiones o no se van a dañar en mucho tiempo con tanto recorrido?. Espero que finalmente nos demos cuenta que es insostenible la Administración de los desechos, sin la contención o disminución de la producción de basura. La contención de la Producción de basura: beneficia a la sociedad y a la Administración de los Desechos(DIMAUD)al disminuir los costos en la deposición de la basura( es menos basura),menos tierras para la basura, menor demanda de recursos naturales(darle tiempo a la tierra que se reponga, darle tiempo a la tierra para que vuelva producir, lo que ya le sacamos), menos emisiones de CO2 (calentamiento-Cambio climático-Global).

Bolsas Plásticas.

       Recuerde siempre tener  bolsas plásticas ( las que dan en los super y almacenes) en su cartera.  Al doblarlas con cuidado se pueden convertir en algo muy pequeño. Así al ir de compras las puede reusar nuevamente, muchas veces más. Recuerde que el que compra paga todo los gastos de los almacenes, incluyendo los gastos en las bolsas plásticas.
       Además estas bolsas hecen mucho daño a la fauna marina directamente  y a su habitat (el mar). Pero además muchas de estas bolsas antes de llegar al mar, pasan por las alcantarillas tapándolas y produciéndo inundaciones en los barrios.  Otras llegan a los rios; haciendo igualmente mucho daño a los peces, contaminando sus aguas y produciéndo barreras de basura retenida.
      Cuando usted tira cualquier basura en las calles, por favor no piense que se queda ahi, el viento, las personas, la lluvia las lleva a muchos lugares, pero finalmente son los rios y los mares donde iran a parar.
      Me hace gracia el contenido de algunas campañas en las que solicitan por favor "No tirar basura a los Rios". La mayoría de las personas no se dan por aludidas pues ellas no tiran basura a los rios. Muchas alcantarillas desembocan (con su carga de basura y aguas negras)en rios que tienen salidas al mar.

Today 2013-Feb-04, in FICMA- MOVIES AND ENVIRONMENT was introduced a new idea: a waste, rubbish, garbage, etc., etc.,  do not exist, we must see them like source of income, consumers goods but in a new activities that we must think and create. The conclusion was: we all must try to reduce our waste, garbage or rubbish to zero. We must get a full capacity and performance of a new  resources: all that in this moment we are taking like stuff with none value.
For me is a madness this: if we feel sad, then we go to buy,
                                       if we feel in anguish,then we go to buy
                                       if we feel depressed, then we go to buy and so on.....
For many of us, if we propose not buy anything in a week, we do not go out. Because the only reason to do this is we need to buy something.
For change all this ideas implanted in our brain, we must go in one step at the time, at the beginning the velocity will be slow, more late will increase it.

Many people work in private companies, state or NGOs engaged in different branches like the sea environment, wetlands, watersheds, pollution, etc, etc. But we must be involved in heart and support all activities performed on behalf of the environment.

Ser auténtico-Ser ambientalista

Muchas personas trabajamos en empresas privadas, estatales u ong's dedicadas a las diferentes ramas medioambientales como el mar, los humedales, las cuencas, la polución, etc, etc. Pero debemos involucrarnos de corazón y apoyar todas actividades que se realizan en favor del medio ambiente.

HAZLO QUE YO DIGO, NO LO QUE YO HAGO.(PREDICAR CON EL EJEMPLO). SER AUTÉNTICO-LUCHAR POR TUS VALORES Y PRINCIPIOS.

Ejemplo1. yo trabajo en una institución que lucha por preservar la flora y fauna marina y su habitat. Pero ocurre que cuando me dirijo al trabajo dejo basura en el bus o la tiro desde el carro, no clasifico la basura en mi casa, no apoyo a los que reciclan, etc, etc.
Ejemplo 2. yo soy parte de una gran empresa con más de 500 empleados que se ha comprometido apoyar el reciclaje, anunciándolo en los periódicos y colocando contenedores clasificados para su recolección, si esa CAMPAÑA ES PARA LOS DE AFUERA CON MAYOR RAZÓN ES PARA LOS DE ADENTRO.  Desde el Gerente para abajo deben tomarse fotos bajándose de sus autos con sus cartuchos llenos de plásticos, vidrios, papel periódicos, latas de bebidas, de comidas que sean de aluminio que ha traido de su casa. 
Ejemplo3.  yo trabajo en una empresa que cuida en los humedales. Pero desconozco las diferentes actividades que realizan otros que como yo cuidan el medio ambiente pero desde otra arista. Existen un sin fin de instituciones dedicadas todas a diferentes actividades pero todas con un mismo fin: "CUIDAR-PROTEGER-ENRIQUECER EL MEDIOAMBIENTE,  Pero que todas juntas constituyen un INMENSO ARCHIPIÉLAGO, cada una aislada de la otra. En mi opinión al menos debe existir un eje común el reciclaje.
